Tiaojing Cuyun Wan is a traditional Chinese herbal formula. It works to warm the kidney, invigorate the spleen, activate blood circulation and regulate menstruation. It is indicated for conditions caused by spleen-kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis, such as delayed menstruation, scanty menstrual flow with blood clots, abdominal cold pain during periods, amenorrhea, and infertility, as well as soreness and coldness in waist and knees.

Dosage:
Oral administration. 1 bag (5g) each time, twice daily. Start taking on the 5th day of your menstrual cycle and continue for 20 days. For those without regular menstrual cycles, take continuously for 20 days each month. Treatment course can last for 3 months or follow healthcare provider’s advice.
